DAvId kotler

Is the CEO of Lake Life Farms and a shareholder with the law firm of Cohen Kotler, P.A. located in Boca Raton, Florida. In 2014, he formed a practice area in Medical Marijuana Business Law for the State of Florida which allows him to draw from all of his practice areas to benefit his clients. He is on the Advisory Board of the Cannabis Marketing Lab, an industry leading marketing agency in California and is General Counsel to the Florida Cannabis Industry Association.

Michelle Suarez, Esq

Is the Founder of Florida Entrepreneur Law, and has several years of corporate transactional experience counseling businesses in CBD, e-commerce, tech and various other industries. Her areas of specialization include intellectual property protection in the areas of trademarks, copyright, and trade secret, franchising, capital raising, acquisitions and business disputes among corporations and limited liability companies. Michelle has also successfully registered several CBD related trademarks and assisted CBD companies in setting up their entities and getting the right corporate documents in place. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, exercising and spending time outdoors with her wife and daughter.

Scott levy

Is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Arizona, Florida and Nevada. He graduated cum laude with a bachelor of science in accounting from Florida International University and also holds a bachelor of science in film & television from Boston University. Scott Has worked state-licensed cannabis businesses since 2013 and his current clients operate in several states as well as the district of columbia.

Charlena Berry

Offers Professional Business Services on behalf of the Cannabis Industry.  Located in Boca Raton, Florida, she provides consulting, documentation, and business strategy services to clients pursuing entry into the cannabis business in the State of Florida or Michigan.  Her experience spans from writing Marijuana Business Plans for Commercial Cultivation Facilities, Processing Centers, and Dispensaries.
